Package set up:
Meeting 1: clients brief discussed, client’s style, family life, use / need of space, electrical layout, budget.
Meeting 2: Niamh will present the first draft design brief she put together based off the first meeting details. Trades to be contacted around this time by client.
Meeting 3: This will be based on alterations and finer details discussed from meeting 2 and thus be the final draft report to base the purchase list from. Draft 2 will go more into specific colours to be used, material, final layout, final design plan and furniture details. Electrical / Lighting details finalised. Time frames will be discussed.
Meeting 4: The client will receive a recommended online shopping list for the details such as lighting and furniture from Niamh as well as a to do list with all the details and spec for trades. Final design confirmed with all finishing touches not discussed previously. Any final questions answered.
