It is hard to have all the details ready for second fix electrics. There is an awful lot to second fix. However, it is important to make the effort to have these details ready as delays can push out the whole project. Then there’s electricians extra call out fees if things aren’t organised and ready for install of second fix. - This service is for interior styling to compliment your electrical and lighting plan. Whatever your budget, House Goals will help you shop and fit out for your second fix phase.
- Clients will have 3 meetings with Niamh, 45mins each.
- 1 meeting remotely to discuss the style, layout, needs and budget of the second fix electrical plan.
- From this meeting, Niamh will then work on the clients plan and vision board. Niamh will bring together optional fittings and proposals which will be represented to the client based on the first meetings feedback.
- All plans reviewed in a second review meeting and the third meeting will finalise the second fix plan with a purchase list and final details covered.
